I never received my product.


It was amazing that they offered a one-off download of the digital files in addition to receiving it in the mail on USB.


My order was supposed to arrive between the 01-05 December 2023 today is the 14/12/2023 yet it still hasn’t arrived. When I messaged the seller it states his away at the moment and being in the uk maybe different time ones but he will respond soon… charming!! My package says despatched on etsy, but asks I download the app to get full tracking information as the seller has provided none but they can promise it’s on its way! Absolutely NOT as my book still hasnt arrived! This is terrible!
